In ERAS I can select program, how and when do I pay for that programs and from where I could the information about how much does it cost etc to apply the # of program?

you pay online by CC at the same time that you are applying to the hospitals. correct.

Sorry for keep extending the post. I think I difficult explaining the correct question which I want to ask.
I have heard that ECFMG although say that they will scan the documents as they are coming but in reality they will start scanning once you pay for the programs.
Question is can I pay now or do I have to wait until sept. 1st when actually i will be sending my application then ECFMG will ask for the payment.

you have to wait until sept 1st. you can not do it now even if you want, you can't.
