what all of the following books to use to prepare?besides kaplan????please guide me.....
1.Mastering the Objective Structured Clinical Examination and the Clinical Skills Assessment
2.Nms Review for the Clinical Skills Assessment Exam
3.Bates' Pocket Guide to Physical Examination and History Taking
4.Textbook of Physical Diagnosis: History and Examination

I used only the first one (Mastering the ....) and it was pretty good for me.
Also it has the highest rating score in the category with books for CSA at this link: www.prep4usmle.com/resources/58
