I am doing too. I did many Q , now my score is increasing because of testing same topics I like their explanations but I found some research Q and I don't know what to say. Some Q very hard What do u think?

  #3

Me too.
I really they explanation but it is only 1000 questions.
My exam is next month 3rd week of september. OTHERWISE, iT LOOKS GOOD. HOW IS YOUR AVERAGE. I AM AROUND 50 AFTER 465 questions. My two first scores were chaotic but now it is geting good. I even got near 60.
What do you think also

comparing with usmleRX, which one is better after finishing q-bank?
i prefer usmleRX 'cause i heard it's focused on FA fundamentals.
please give me opinions.

thanks in advance.

I am doing UW, and somehow I think it helps, but I have not tried URX. UW makes you thinksmiling face, eventhough sometimes the Qs are not clear, but I like the fact that it makes your brain work. And explanations are really good.

  #6

I agree.
you can keep URx for last time review as it is focus on FA

well i have bith i found rx question good their questions are not easy they make u think but in the explanations they will show u wher the answer can be obtained from FA i was scoring in the 64 and started usmle world the questioon feel the same as kaplan as are the explanations am scoring 58-60 i did kapln 2 months ago i am confused what to continuw with bit since usmleworld is like kp[aln i thin i will stick with it since mny examis not far away i wish someone who had done rx and given the exam how did they find it espoacially with score correlation

  #8

I can't help. but 58-60 in uw is pretty good.
I am around 50S. I found UW harder than kaplan but URx. I don't know
What was your score with kaplan.
I will try to go for all. I finished Kaplan. I am doing uw and will finished by UrX

  #9

when i did it two months ago the cummalitve was 58 in the end i was scoring in the 60 and seventies and some 50 which was the reason i did not give the exam do u guys really feel usmle world is harder than q bank i think it is about the same in difficulty ot tell u the truth ven rx but like i said only somone with exam experience and experience with these question banks can tell us

  #10

But nobody is telling anything for now.
I ended Q bank kaplan three weeks ago around 58 also.
I postpone minefor one month also because of the same point.
U world is very helpful in understanding key concept.
They say to use it as a learning pool. I am around 60 with Urx and still doing around 50 with uw. I will keep going and be very close to FA.I will do my nbme form in 10 days and try to see.

To female doc ny; Are u talking about 2 month doing UW? How? This test started in Aug
Truedeam59, I just finished Pharma, first time 50%, I found some new drugs that is not in Kaplan or maybe my Kaplan is old 2004

  #12

Oh yah.A lot of new drug man.
That's why UW is good. Update and good explanation. We will how it will go during the big day

  #13

no i was talking about q bank being done 2 months ago i just started usmleworld one week ago and rx since the begining of this month well i have 2006 pharma for kaplan so i had no problem yet with the drugs just that i nthe question is two steps or three i usually get the diagnosis right but when they ask something else i get it rong system wise i am in 50's range but subject wise not so freat scored a 48 last night that got me mad so plan on doing rx questions this morning hoping that it will help my score i know many who do qbank over and over agian until they get it all right and score great on the exam well i hope our appraoch is best

  #14

To female doc ny; are u in ny?

  #15

hi female doc ny,\

I have a question for you, I want to know that, how r you finding questions of USMLERx as compare to Kaplan Q bank, and about Usmle World. Well for sure UW will be the toughest one, but let me know about your experience in all, and for my convinience tell me the exact score about every thing, if you can't tell me here jus e mail me or pm me, I would not share with any one.

Thanks

shakeel

i geuss my ny gave it away yes i live in ny

about my score kaplan q bank 2 months ago cumulative 60

FA RX i have done 700 questions so far cumulative 60

USMLE WORLD cummulative 58 have done 200 questions so far

form the scores you can almost say they are the same but i did find usmleworld like kaplan

as u can see i usually get 30 out of 50 correct in each block this is consistent but to raise it is difficult i find myself by instint picking right answers do not know why but then i rationlize them out and pick a wrong answer i am finishing up my review and then will hit only FA and goljan maybe my scores will go up i will see with nbme i see from some experiences that they do not score so great in question banks but do better in nbme and the exam ipray that i will be one of them

I'm taking USMLE First Aid Rx and I think it is pretty good. I was stalling at first studying the answer and studying more than the answer since there were so many things on the answer that needed to be covered by FA. But, I found myself looking more at the answers and just glancing over at where they got the question from First Aid Book. It has a good level of difficulty. So far a 53% not too good I guess but learning as I go along. Have gotten some 66% and some 48%. So it varies. I was thinking of taking USMLE World. WHat do you guys think? I already did Q bank ended with 58%. USMLE RX is good for the price too... I got it when they had a promotion for $59 dollars for a month. I think it is $99/1 mo. now.
