We have to consider that ERAS application was created based on the profile of typical American students applying for residency: >99% are fresh graduated from US school, no work experience yet, and a lot of focus on academic awards, academic performance, etc. For example, you will see that is hard to fit all types of scientific production in the "publication" section. It does not let you speficy the nature of your entry and it sorts all the info in a simple plain chronological sequence. So you end up with, let's say, a publication in a major journal side by side with a simple abstract presented back in your country, in a small local meeting and there is no chance to highlight the differences between these two. That is because 99% of american students still did not have time or chance to write papers or abstracts and attend courses as we, FMG did (because we typically graduated a while ago). So, my point is, don't worry about post grad because the typical candidate is not expected to have one and they will not have a space for that info. I would suggest to use your personal statement to talk about it.
