Hey Guys,
I am done with the exam, I mean done until I find out what are my results  I took the exam yesterday dec 11 and let me tell you it was filled with everything, I have to admit I was greatly surprised with the amount of questions I got in Immuno, but a friend of mine who took it 2 weeks ago was telling me that her exam was full of pharm, so the clue is, that there is no clue of how your exam will be regarding the number of questions per subject, so be ready for the best and the worst case, it means know all your stuff.
I wish I could tell you what is the best aproach  , my humble sources were main Kaplan, later on I added med essentials also from kaplan and FA (not really a fan), qbank, usmlerx and usmleworld, I really like the format of usmleworld so if I have to do this again I will go for this one. I was really comfortable with some areas like biochem, molec biol, genetics, immuno, behav, biostat, physio... in the other hand I am a real sucker in micro and neuro 
One thing that annoyed me was this girl typing beside me, aggh, I wanted to strangle her but good thing I had my earplugs and even we were not allowed to wear those, I had to sneak them below my hair, good thing I didn't cut my hair yet, yes I put those earplugs, I had to do it for me and her safety jeje, what is the deal with no letting us have the earplugs? at my center they said no, but find out soon if in yours it's ok. I mean, if there are many other kind of tests were they type like crazy, hellooo! it is annoying for someone sitting there for 7 hours? I was asking the ladies they should have a room just for people with no need to type, so fresh jeje, but come on, we are paying so much for this test, they should at least give us some peace during the freaking exam right?
Well, well... I will try to give you an approach from what was my exam...
One thing before...NBME! solve all formats, I mean, you don;t get exact questions but it's a very good way to learn how their questions are gonna be, it is made my them so it has some similarity. I went through the 4 formats, who has the real answers? who cares, just work on those questions and read stuff around it, you will be glad you did it before your test, remember they are 800qs so take your time in advance, I did it with my 3 best friends, it was so much fun to do the discussion.
Physio: all over, know well your tables and arrows, endocrine came like crazy, little cardio and respirat I would say; I got even this simple questions about RBC placed in an hypo or hypertonic mediums with urea and stuff; so, know physio really cold, from the easiest to the toughest, or they will make you slip.
Anato: I am not such a big fan of neuro, but I got like 8 qs so I think anatomy can help you but it wont hurt you either, at least I am hoping for that. I got questions about embryonic layers, intercellular connections (gap), upper and lower limbs, cranial nerves.
Biochem: Enzymes deficiency, starvation process, vitamins, 2nd messengers ...I got many qs in biochem.
Molec Biol and Genetics: I got at least 20 questions on these. pedigree, recombinant dna, gene expression.
Pharm: all over as always, cholinergics and adrenergics, cardio drugs, respitatory drugs, rheumatic drugs. Intoxication table. I think this is a subject that you've got to master.
Immuno: It was all over my test, I was sick, and I like Immuno a lot but this was ridiculous. ILs, TH1 and 2, related to HIV a lot, neutrophil's diseases. and the questions I got in micro were 80% of the cases related to Immuno so, know this really cold.
Micro, as I said most of the qs related to Immuno and none was straight forward. Some photos but bad quality. Influenzae, neonatal infections, STD's bugs
Beh Sci, I felt I got many questions from this one, all tricky, cases like: defense mechanism, personality disorders, sleep disorders, ethics, some were easy. Biostat: I got at least 2-3 in each block, case studies, cohort, sensit, type of errors. mean-media-mode...
Pathology, the truth is that pathology is all the exam, but in detail, approach to every other subject, immuno, physio, neuro, genetics... of course very important subject, at the end of my prep i was doing med essentials which is organ wise review from kaplan, and I think if I have to do this again I will definitely go like that after doing a very good review of subject wise of course. Vasulitis, respirato dis, cell injury, Goljan stuff I think covers more and in detail than Barone's kaplan notes but both are really good.
Well, that is my humble review about my exam, you guys know we are not allow to pop up real questions and beside after the exam we feel blocked, but one thing, do your nbme qs, study all those topics and go for the test when you feel ready for it. I don't know what is gonna happen but whatever will be, I will not give up on my MD dream.
I will be out of town for some weeks, everybody have a nice Christmas and work hard for your goals, we are gonna make it happen. God bless you all and thanks for your prayers for my dad.

Guys,
Just now thursday Jan 11 my Oasis was updated, thank God, red lines for me, I am very happy. I dunno what the score will be but I would go to Alaska if I have to just for the blessing to be a doctor again. Thanks for all your good wishes and prayers for my dad, he is still fighthing, I have faith God will help us.
