Hi there everyone. I would like to get IM, neuro, or path in chicago in 2007 match, what are my chances.......

Step 1: 183 (2nd try)
Step 2 CS: Pass

I will take step 2 CK in nov nod thanks

that depend on ur:

ctizinship, visa status,reseaches(& publications), USCE , LOR, years since graduation,previous resedency, work experience, age, even languages U speak..


anyway : neuro & patho R highly competitive, IM is easier, chicago has alot of programs, not as hard as California, & not as easy as northwest.. try to get the best U can get, pray for god, then apply as early as U can

Timing might be the limiting factor in your case dude. Step 2 in November means the results wont be in by November end at the earliest. It would be tough to secure interviews so late.

Apply everywhere not only chicago, in order to increase your probability, good luck.

Hi guys. Im a US Citizen FMG, all my life here in chicago, all US

clinical experience, Step 1: 183, Passed Step 2 CS, will take Step 2 CK

in November, I have been teaching at 3 colleges philosophy and A&P

for 1 year, what are my chances of landing IM, Neuro, or path in

chicago?
