Hi there everyone. I would like to get IM, neuro, or path in chicago in 2007 match, what are my chances....... Step 1: 183 (2nd try) Step 2 CS: Pass I will take step 2 CK in nov thanks

that depend on ur: ctizinship, visa status,reseaches(& publications), USCE , LOR, years since graduation,previous resedency, work experience, age, even languages U speak.. anyway : neuro & patho R highly competitive, IM is easier, chicago has alot of programs, not as hard as California, & not as easy as northwest.. try to get the best U can get, pray for god, then apply as early as U can

Timing might be the limiting factor in your case dude. Step 2 in November means the results wont be in by November end at the earliest. It would be tough to secure interviews so late.

apply as early as U can with step 1 & CS results

Apply everywhere not only chicago, in order to increase your probability, good luck.

Hi guys. Im a US Citizen FMG, all my life here in chicago, all US clinical experience, Step 1: 183, Passed Step 2 CS, will take Step 2 CK in November, I have been teaching at 3 colleges philosophy and A&P for 1 year, what are my chances of landing IM, Neuro, or path in chicago? Thanks for the support guys
