RDS occurs in prematurity,but this one talks about a term LBW---so chose a. Anemia is a possibility,due to hemolysis/Rh isoimmunisation etc.What is the answer anyways?

plycithemia (e). why should he get polycythemia? a. yes he can b. very common (hypo´s are very common) c. lack of adipose tissue. d. but not sure, really f.common even in normal weight babies...so.

he can have polycythemia as he is exposed to hypoxia inutero. But not RDS,as it is term neonate exposed to stress inutero---so lung has matured.
