I am sorry to hear that, DR11.
Everybody says that the key is practice, practice, practice. This ios common sense. But what is much practice?
I would say that you can be confident when you practice with a friend and get to a point where you do not need to think what question you must ask. Ypou can be so trained that the chief complain will ring a bell and you have the exact set of questions in your mind. You will never be ready to ask all the questions you want to, but at least, you will ask the most pertinent.
For me, it happened after I practiced 30 cases from UW with my wife. I practiced just like it was the real test, 15 min for history taking and physical and 10 min for PN. This is very important.
Although I wasn't so confident after the exam, remembering all the questions I didn't ask, at the end, I asked the pertinent questions and saved time for a pertinent PE. I think that this is the most important.
I wish you good luck.
