keepgoing, my advise is
stick to whatever makes u more productive.
in subjects which i found week i studied them separately so that i keep track of finishing everything. however doing questions from them selectively was very tiring coz i took my time in explanatioins. ..and the scores were really depressing no matter how much i tried to shake em off... hence i used to do mixed tests with my easier subjects. that way i avoided too low scores and cud devote time to the easier 'neglected' ubjects too.
if u have a problem integrating then do stuff system wise. personally i think for the initial read, subjectwise is good and revising it syatem wise works..tha t way ull know where to check ur info from the kapkan notes.

however id like to comment that the no of 'figures' and cts were approximately equal..basically just dont get lost coz there r a million sites out there..remember to look and learn at ur basic kaplan/textbook diagrams, before u go on to the net.
similary once ur done reviewing neuro anat cross sections from any atlas/ textbk, preferably the pone u used initially in ur early yrs, u'll know a lot more radiology than u think
