10? TYpe III hypersensitivity is an immune complex reaction against an antigen that stimulates the complement cascade, by settling in vessels, on membranes, or in ducts. Often, type III is IgM mediated. SLE is the most famous example Type I and II MPGN Mycoplasma pneumonia, infectious mono, and chlamydia can all cause autoimmune hemolytic anemia that are type III, as can isoniazid all i got right now

*(AgAb)complexes on the target tissue --- activate complement and neutrophils/macrophages do damage (think G.N. and vasculitis) add Farmers lung (arthus rxn) Serum sickness Rheumatoid Arthritis Polyarteritis Nodosa Extrinsic Allergic pneumonia Poststreptococcal Glomerulonephritis HIV  By the way I DISAGREE with your autoimmune hemolytic anemia! perhaps you are referring to Arthus rxn or Serum sickness
