if I get my degree on Feb, & I've already passed all the exams, can I join the resedency, or it's too late for ECFMG certificate to get, before the deadline?

u cud.. however mostly on j1 as to clear s3 within that time frame and get ur visa processed (which requires s3 score in hand) wud be very difficult and u might have to negotiate a late start with the program which cud again cause complications
