I took it 2months ago and it was 420.If you are preparing do not take NBME unless you are almost finished your reading. You will label yourself with the small number and it is hard to gain your confidence back.First read like you are going to the real exam before you attemp any of the NBME.

thanx mitty. i think if u take nbme now u will surely get a very gud score and hence gain tonnes of confidence. in which form did u score 420?
