Hi everybody!
Thanks everybody. I got many ideas before I took the exam from this web. I just used OASIS trick and it noted that I've already passed the exam. I'm so excited. I want to share my experience. It might help someone.
For my preparation
I had 1 month for prepare and I am an IMG. I practiced with American teacher 2 days a week. I had extra time to practice on phone 2 hours a day. Pt note writing everyday for 2 weeks.
I used USMLE world, mastering key for OSCE exam and first aids. The exam was quite similar to those prep books. I got a hard question about counselling that different from what I prepare BUT I only thought what I should do as if I am a doctor and did it. I finished the case before time in every cases. Some cases after went out the room I thought that I did wrong but keep calm and did better in the next cases. It is not necessary to do all physical examination. I did only the important including heart, lungs and abdomen part. I communicate well with all patients( I took the test in LA). They are really nice and helpful.
I didn't finish my differential diagnosis in 3 cases. However, I wrote history very clear and legible.
I think that the exam only test your basic knowledge. The key is communication skill. If you can communicate well and fluently. Think!you are a doctor. Doing like you work on a real patients. Don't panic.
