for free air in peritoneum, erect CXR is test to do and not Abd. cos cxr always shows top of diaph while abd may not cos of differences in sizes

thanks study_ing.
bromocryptine no longer approved by FDA for cessation of lactation in breast feeding mother. ( why was it withdrawn for that?) we are back to good old binding of the chest
( i still read it is used for managing galactorrhea due to hyperprolactineamia though)
