I might be wrong but as we can see, toxic dose/effective dose is the lowest in option number 2. This shows the toxic dose and effective dose are closer to eachother. This narrows therapeautic index. Drugs with narrow therapeautic index have maximum toxicity I guess.
Correct me if I am wrong.
