Multiple myeloma is diagnosed in a 75-year-old man. E.golgi( plasma cells typical in MM have abundant basophilic cytoplasm, eccentric nuclei with wagonwheel chromatin and in their perinuclear region they have prominent Golgi apparatus and centrioles.) plz correct me if I am wrong.
