step 1:95, step 2: 87, no USCE, no LOR, 6th year from graduation, visa requirement. what is my grade of competitiveness? I mean, should I consider competitive porgrams as john hopkins?

you have good scores but the thing is IM is quite competetive for IMG, apply widely and try to contact programs for criteria. John jopkins is hard for even AMG. Good luck

realistically speaking if ur more than 3 years out of med schools most top programmes like johns hopkins are out!!!!!

well the last i heard hopkins only iviews imgs with phds.. not sure thoh..
