Hi everyone, i have 3 questions that I'm sure u they have been asked like 1 million times, however I can't find the answer.

Yesterday I did the oasis trick, and it said that i passed my 2CS, so I'm very happy!!!!!! I already passed the Step1 an Step 2 CK and my educational credentials are already verified. So question number 1 is: How do I ask for my ECFMG certificate? Because I saw somewhere that I had to pay for it, but I can´t find where can I ask and pay for it? Or do I have to wait more time, maybe until I get my CS report? Or I don't have to do anything and just wait?

Question 2: I was reading the CAF yesterday, what should I put where it says: Reason for leaving work? ´Because I hate my boss´, ´Because they fired me´ Because I had to study for the Step 1´ ´Beacuse my boss´wife was hitting on me´

As I read in a previous post, some of u r going to put the USCE under work, so what r u going to wrote in Reason for leaving it? ´Because it ended¨????????????????

And finally question number 3: I made a 1 month elective rotation in a University Hospital in 1999, when I was a medical school student. Does it counts as USCE?

TY very much for ur help, and sorry to bother u, i know that most of u must be very busy. Anyway, I have like other questions, but i will ask them in a near future!!!

By the way, the elective rotation was in Unitd States, just to complete the information...

For your first question, you don't have to ask for your ECFMG certification, they know when you've got all your credentials for it and u will be issued it in about a week's time. FOr your second question, u could put the real reason u left your work (eg. to continue with higher studies, find a field more suited to my aptitude/talents) or just leave it blank, u don't have to put something there. And, for ur last question, an elective in a US hospital is USCE.
