14. i think i see a keratin pearl there so its most likely SCC. the raised scaly lesion made me think psoriasis but in this 73 year old, with a keratin pearl perhaps that wud not be the case. hence i wud choose c, a sunscreen too.

46. if the mi happened 9 months ago, i doubt factors involved in acute inflammation wud be present. choices such as D and NO wud pbly be out. however im not sure of the answer.
formylated peptides? are they found in human beings..i know they are in bacteria..
neutral protease wud be my guess but dont remeber ideal pH of those Es involved in remodelling.
