hi.....
i have a letter of recommendation the heading is as follows...
"(Date)
program director-Faculty of medicine
(my university address)
subject : LOR for (my name)
dear program director,
.....
....."
is this format accepted ?
any suggestions?

Don't forget your ECFMG or ERAS identifier number....

if a LOR doesn't have a heading because it's by a doctor in his own private practice or something like that, is that ok?
