guys - I know some of you will smile and some will be angry when you read this - but if you can please help me. I subscribed to elsevier step123 - and managed to score about 60% at it... and I was thinking of going to usmle rx or usmleworld step 1 qbank to do more qs... the only thing that stops me from doing so is the financial part - I think it is very expensive to get them all... so I thought of asking for your help ... could you please help me with an exchange? I can give you the software to get saved qmax and/or usmleworld and I already have step 123 qbank and the kaplans that were around - let's help each other, please... well for sure usmle world is better then usmlerx, it will be tough, if low score doesn't bother you and you can take the pressure then I would ask you to do usmleworld, if not then I would suggest stop doing questions and learn from your wrong answers from kaplan q bank and usmlestep 123 and do NBME.

thank you - I think I will just go for usmle world and keep reviewing the kaplan qbank and usmlestep123, I don't think I can improve my scores by doing more and more questions...
