Can someone pls explain the liver pathology concerning the bilirubine...more specif....when do we have bilirubin in urine, when we have urobilinogen in urine (like for example when we have direct bilirubin less than 20%..we dont have bilirubin in the urine but we do have urobilinogen..when conjugated bilirubin is 20-50 we have both bilirubine and urobilinogen in the urine, and when conjug bilirubin is more than 50 we have just bilirubin in the urine...and cant really sure why is that)...can someone pls explain!
