the first one describes horner's syndrome. hence the answer is a cuz the others do not produse hoeners if lesioned. ( been discussed but cant find theat thread)
in the next one u have to see what the foramen leads to....its an outlet from the ventricular system into the Subarachnoid space. if u look at the diag, her eis only one option which points to the SAH vs all others which are within the ventricular system.
