I attached my Physiology questions I couldn't answer from NBME. Can you explain the right answers to me please? I attached 2 files in successive topics because it didn't let me add them all here.

the first one... Decreased NO which is a vasodilator.. it acts thru cGMP pathway. the ans is E.
2 question. ans C. pure wate overload will decrease ADH, decrease urine osmolarity and increase urine flow.

answer of second question is d.vasopressin will be decreased,osmolarity will be decreased,(no change in urine molecules),and urine flow will be increased.

answer of 1st question is c ) NO is a vasodilator agreed
second E as urine osmo is decreased(dilutional) flow is increased and ADH is supressed
the lkast one i am going with increased renin activity not sure...........
what say gentleman/ladies?
