7 days after sustaining partial and full thinkness burns in a house fire, A 7 yr old bot has brain asphyxia, acute respiratory distress syndrome, nultiorgan system failure, and sepsis. He is being mechanically ventilated. why not to give nalaxone to get rid of morphine quicker?
