a 5day old newborn is brought to the emergency department because of pallor, gunting, and poor feeding for 6 hrs. he was ar term after an uncomplicated pregnancy, labor, and devlivery and was discharged from the hospital at the age of 24 hrs. His blood pressure is difficuit to obtain, and no pulses are palpable. He has poor capillary refill. After receiving dopamine and diuretic therapy, is color inproves and urine is obtained. Pulses are easily palpated in the upper extremities and carotid artery, but femoral pulses are not apparent. Closure of which of the following most likely exacerbated this newborn's condition?
