d, bilat loss of pain and temp at the level of the lesion, and contralat below level of lesion.

agree D. the point of the Q. is that Spinothalamics cross immediately at their own level

yes the answer is D.The point of the q is syringomyelia affect the crossing fibers first.i.e bilateral loss of pain and temp will happen at the level of the lesion.Eventually,as the lesion get bigger, E will happen too.But the initilal sign is at the level of the lesion.
