I got a chance to do job shadowing in a US hospital.i have no idea what is it. does anyone know about it. They said i will be shadowing a student or nurse.Is it considered as USCE.Can i get a LOR there. ?????

Shadowing is more like an observership. Its a good idea to clarify with them whether you can do anything hands on-then it becomes a rotation/externship(USCE). This is a good oppurtunity to build contacts- like with an attending or a PD etc. If you do get to work under one of the above you can ask them for an LoR.GL
