i dont know the answer to this question and it would definitely be nice to know the answer and enhance your knowledge but such questions are not asked in usmle exam. they will not expect you to know such information but would rather give yu info that he works in a noisy environment and then ask you the effects of it or what will you do next in examination or what should you check in this patient. pls do not mind icemaiden, but i thought i'll share this little bit of info i have so that you can place all your sources of reading in the right priority and work more on the material that will give yu max output. i hope this was not offending, because that surely is not my intention.

hey there, no offence taken. I am aware of the fact that these are not the questions asked for USMLE. I am juggling another medical license exam too along with the USMLE and this is from their sample questions. But since this is another medical exam too and since gaining knowledge never ever harms anybody,i posted it here. ice.

THinks its 2, because these people have to wear special equipment to protect their ears. The other ones dont.

i think the least noisy is the cab driver. the others are very noisy. am not sure about paper folding but i know that the paper mills are noisy.
