Now lets go for the next question:
Restriction fragment lenght polymorphisms may be produced by mutations in the sites for restriction endonucleases. For instance, a single base change in the site for the nuclease SalI produces the sequence GTGGAC, which can no longer be recognizedby the enzyme. The original sequencerecognized bySalI was:
A.GTAGAC
B.GCGGAC
C.CTGGAC
D.GTCGAC
E.GTGTAC

go for the shortcut to palindromes...draw an imaginary line in the middle ( that is the 3rd and 4th letter in this case) and 'fold the sequence on itself" i.e base pair the 3rd with the 4th, 2nd with the 5ht, first with the 6th.

i hope ure listening to the videos angel it...if nothing else atleat biochem and b.s dvds are a must
