Hello BBB,

I was wondering, what does one consider a very long PS? Also, as a PC, what would YOU consider to be long? I have a 2.5 page PS times new roman font 12. I was wondering if this is too long. Please advise. I hope your weekend was awesome!

Thanks!

1.5 pages should be enough for you to tell what a program director needs to know about you.

You have to have an awfully good PS to keep attention by the third page. It is basically how you got where you are at and where you are going. Not a life history.

Hi bbb,

U are really doing very nice job....Thank U..

I just wanted to know, can we add a case or patient presentation..that made my interest ... excited me for particular residency.
ERAS says we can add 28000 characters with spaces..it goes to more than 4-5 pages in word doc...Will PD show interest in reading such a long story..

please reply.....

No, a PD won't read that much. Think about it, most med journal articles aren't even that long.
