Hello
Any one can help me on this.
If you encounter female young patient of 16 referes by her mother with the complain of fatigue and suspect pregnancy
DO we have to tell her in SEXUAL HISTORY that it will be kept confidential between you and me.

16 that is minor and I believe the parents have to be involved.

But the laws varies from state to state so I would say you cannot keep it confidential. Unless she's marry already. But according to what you stated she seems to be single.

well if d patient says dont tell her mom...u hav to agree to dat
but u hav to encourage her not insist her to tell
doctor must maintain confidentiality...even in sensitive issues like preg in minor
