in terms of
A . ulcer?
B. lymphnodes
C. systemic symptoms

Syphilis - painless firm lesion
Herpes- painful,scarring ulcer
H.Duceryi- very painful with red areola shallow ulcer,rugged edge, vary in size
Lymphnode
Syphilis- painless regional lymphoadenopathy, rubbery, discrete, non tender
Herpes- inguinal lymphadenopathy
H.Ducrei- suppurative ing.node, tender, enlarged
