Janet Dubvah ,29 yrs female pt. from Arizona comes to your ofice with C/O malaise ,fever, headache and anorexia. She is sexually active and has a positive PID 7.5 months ago, Dr.Steffi Graf treated her with a combo of cephalosporin and doxy. On examination you notice a shallow painless ulcer on the vulva, rest of the examination is without anomalies. Frei test for Chlamydia serotype L2 is positive. syphillis, tabes dorsalis and aortiis go together hence they r not the answer dendritic corneal ulcer= Herpes..painful not ans septic arthiritis and gonorrhea go together so id strike them out too

LGV cud coz arthiritis but Tertiary LGV is termed genitoanorectal syndrome so id choose that

primary LGV--. painless ulcer. secondary--bubo. Tertiary LGV most often manifests in women. Patients initially develop proctocolitis. Patients may present with perirectal fistulas, abscesses, strictures, and rectal stenosis.

you are spoton on this one ....very good thinking study_ing the answer is indeed Proctocolitis I don't know why others have not attempted this question
