Do we need to take step3 for NY board of med. in order to be an H1B holder resident in a hospital in NY state ?
I know that if we apply for step3 for NY state, we don't need to sit for the exam in NY, but we can sit for it in FL for example. But I want to know do we need to choose the state for step3, according to where we plan to get H1B ?
