I passed step 3. 80/202. Not a great score. But great relief. It was difficult, indeed difficult to spare time while doing residency, and not in internal medicine. So, I have tried to be innovative, made audio cds of the lectures and listened to them while drivning to hospital early in the morning and late in the evening while going home. To give time to this exam, that is the biggest thing. In the end , it is all over and that is a great , great relief. For all those doing residency, from my experience I tell you that there is thin line between success and failure, and bet on patience rather than brilliance. I tried to as pateint as possible, and reviewed the kaplan books repeatedly. Used Passfirst software and it really helped. All the best for the aspirants
