what do you think about this question?

I tried to find a CT scan for this question(superior cervical ganglion) ,but I couldn't?

.Cross section diagram of superior part of chest. What pointed structure is responsible for mydriasis, eye opening, sweating/what structure if lesioned will produce Horner’s?

Classical scenario is Pancoasts tumor...producing Horner's syndrome.
Involvement of T1 root or proximal lower trunk of brachial plexus (correct me if wrong) is the common cause rather than superior cervical ganglion. It may not be possible to locate any of these structures on a CT. may be MRI may help to see root and trunk.

but they show CT or MRI ,and point which lable is it?

the problem is in upper part of Ct of chest where shoudl we look for it?
