You cannot find professional ps writers...you write your PS yourself.. (many "practical" exceptions exist..I've written 3 apparently successful PSs till date..and I hope history will repeat itself when I write my own!)..
What you can get is professional editing services for the PS you will have written..like a guy who charges you big buck$ for pointing out grammer/construction/organization errors...etc...but they wont write your PS for you..just google personal statement and you will get tonnes of these...essayedge is one of them (featured on this website)..
Believe me, writing PS is not as difficult as it sounds...just begin by asking yourself some honest questions as to why you are here..and why you are doing what all you are doing..and you will know what to write...
I got this suggestion from a fortune cookie once..."Begin, the rest is easy.."..I believe this holds for PSs too...
