Well remember you can assign up to 4 LOR's to each program in ERAS so if it is a a strong Emergency Medicine letter and discusses your proficency in medicine in general I think it would be a good idea to include it.

I too think its a good idea to include thm.. I have a question..is there an official pattern that an LOR has to follow? I mean LORs from outside the U.S,do they have to be written a certain way??? Love to all, Saira.

Well I know they should be addressed: Dear Program Director, and should be signed in blue ink. You can get a request for and more information for LOR if needed at: http://www.aamc.org/students/eras/resources/start..., look for img downloads
