In that case..what is a good exam performance...a mere 7 hr show (or 8hrs for ck or cs)...of what you have accumulated over 5-6 years.. Dude..you cant feign overconfidence (and believe me,...you dont want to feign overconfidence!)..confidence is something that comes from positive thinking and knowing that you know...that you might not be the best, but are good enough or atleast have the ability to bring out the best within you... You dont necessarily have to be an extrovert too..in fact the last thing you want to be in an interview is overly loud....just decent enough is good enough... An interview is just a objective way (which is very, very subjective, actually!) in which the Ms. PD & Sons decide whether you are that missing piece that will complete the jigsaw puzzle they have built over the years....and how will the whole picture look when they fit you in...they have done this for years and years..and so they probably have great judgement by the time they interview you or me (atleast I hope so!..E&OE)...and so can pick up "their man" in fairly little time... Like it or not..thats the system..and thats as best as it gets goodluck!!

Hi again, I probably sound different from my intention. I dont critisise the idea of conducting an interview, indeed i appreciate it. just as anyone wud want to see anything b4 buying, even a pd has every right to want to see his residents b4 they r into his program Wat I meant was suppose- u r excellent at ur behavior, vvv confident, u r sick on the day of interview, it obviously hampers ur performance. how wud u be judged then Wat does any program director expect from his wud be resident at the interview???????????? I guess this question is to bbb
