is it endotoxin. when the bacteria is destroyed, the cell wall disintegrate releasing endotoxin. im not sure whether endotoxin is inactivated by heat...
????????????

the method described is AUTOCLAVING
Endotoxin is a molecule that is extremely heat resistant and is not killled by autoclaving while all the others listed are killed!

autoclave resistant organisms...
1. Bacillus stereothermophillus. it is used to check the effective autoclaving.
2. Prions... extremely resistant..
