Hi there
I being reading a lot of opinions inhere for a long time and it seems that the most important part is the patient note…well I guess
My questions is how many d/d you have to put
And if that D/D has to be in strictly order?
Thanks that would help a lot Bcz I guess I make the right question and treat the patient with respect and empathy but when I close the door I was like in doubt in between 2 D/D and obviously in 3 or four cases I only have in mind 3 d/d

Actually everything is important. SP gives 2/3 of grading on this test. Patient note is 1/3.
But writing 2 to 3 D/D's on the note is fine.

bucky i had the exact same problem and it is giving me sleepless nights. I think i did ok with the patient encounter but the d/d and inv. part had me breaking out in sweat. For most of the case i could only think of 2 or 3.

Hey lucky in the same boat
When do you take the test?
Also im worry bcz this part is corrected by a doctor so I am expecting my results in September so is along agony
