Bleeding time assesses which characteristics of Blood?
What are the consequences in distortions of the Clotting and Bleeding Time?

i think both assess the functionality of platelet. if quality of platelet e.g they do not stick to each other ,this will affect both clotting and bleeding times.correct me if i am misunderstandign these two terms

Clotting time is similar to PTT and helps evaluate heparin therapy. Bleeding time evaluates platelt quality/quantity. Neither is very scientific.
