It is E. Omeprazole increase pH in stomach. It has nothing todo with renal clearance.. so B and D are ruled out. If pH is increased, there will be less absorption of weak acid. C is ruled out. if the drug is unstable , it would disintegrate. it cant be a reason for increased toxic levels.
and increased ph will increase the absorption of a weak base drug. so the ans is E.
