Top of the evening to you,
I have a Q for those who already sent their stuff to ERAS. How lonmg did it take from the moment you send the docs until you saw them uploaded by ERAS/
And also how long did it take to get the token? For me it's already been 24 hours, ina couple of hours it'll be 48 hours actually. Darn!

hi all
same question from... My OASIS says it has received my ERAS packet and an LOR and Dean's Letter which were sent separatelyat a later date,
But what i have to do( or how long to wait before I) see that scanned or uploaded to me AAMC ERAS account.

my packet was recieved on 1aug. called em yest - they said they have scanned it. so i think its less than 10days..

thanx apurva.. even mine was recieved aug 1 ..its been two weeks now but cant see it scanned...please comment
i have been sending more LoRS after the august 1 packet ..will that delay the scan/upload?

how exactly does one get to know that the documents have been scanned. oasis only shows when they r received right?
is it necesaary to call them or is there any site or something which shows whether they have been scanned?

How did you guys find out from oasis that LoRs have been recieved??I tried all the links on Oasis but could not.Help!!!
I could see through ADTS on My ERAS page that some docs have been scanned-but no info on LoRs...

oasis > eras token > residency token. u will find it there
for LORs to show up in ADTS it says that u must have assigned them to some programs. this means just assigning them or applying to the programs (paying the fee) etc?

platinum u wont see it as scanned except when u apply on sept1. u will only see packet recieved

where will u see packet received? only on oasis and not on ADTS correct??
how does one know on sep 1 before applying if all the documents have been scanned. if one applies and they havent been scanned then?

thanx apurva.. but when we have to submit(ideally) the applications on or before september1,do we assign the LoRs all on sep1 itself i mean how would u apply to programs on sep1 when all the LoRs are ABLE TO BE VIEWED only on sep1 ...
anyways i will call thenm and ask just as u said

platinum --> u can asign them now only thru myeras. create letter writers. then go to each program and click the letter writers u want assigned to them
