cud we please have the "created by " column in the new posts in additon to the latest posts one..
also sometimes i just cant seem to be able to post smileys ..instead this white box with a cross appears. it happens even weh i have additional text to post.

There is not enough space to add a new column on new posts page with "created by". However users may see that information now when holding mouse over the topic title area.
You are right there is a bug with posting smiles with the advanced editor word like/wysiwyg). It will be fixed in the new version, hopefully. I can post smiles without problem with simple editor.
