Give the alternative route of blood flow to the lower limb upon occlusion by a fat plug of the abdominal aorta just distal to the Superior Mesenteric Artery before Inferior Mesenteric Artery is given off?

I think superior epigastric branch of internal mammary and inferior epigastric artery (from external iliac) near the umbilicus
