dear all,
i am applying for 2007 match but my ecfmg cerificate is taking time because of my transcript verification.
my question is should i apply sooner without it or wait until its ready to apply???
will this decision affect my chances? i have my step1 2CK and CS results available
if i apply without it, can it be uploaded later for the programmes to see and have available??
please all knowledgeable and senior forum members, help!!!!!
