my attending accepted to write me a lor, she asked me whom does she need to address it to?????
what shud i answer- to the program director or to whomsoever it may concern

Go to the LOR section in ERAS. You will find the instructions for the LOR.
By the way, I am very impressed with what you are going to get. Are you doing obsevership?

your AAMC ID should be included, you can download the instruction and cover sheet from ERAS, sources to download tab

aamc id inside lor is not a requisite as far as i know. none of mine have it. do correct me..

you need to download the cover sheet for LORs in ERAS. you'll find the instructions over there.
