I took step 1 two months back and got 90 . Now, I'm studying for step 2 and planning to take it in mid september. my question is, shall I wait for my step 2 result which is most likely will be in october, or apply with my step 1 result and see. I have some reseach experiance here but no observership or externship.what do you think ? what are the chances of getting interviews if I apply in october ?

Apply as soon as you feel comfortable applying - my advice is, and will continue to be - apply as early as you can with as complete of an application as you can,

tru if oyu passed step 1 or Step 2 APPLY!!!!!!! Many have gotten interviews with only one exam passed. Of course they had everything ready by match day.
